Follow up appointments are generally made about 4 to 6 weeks from the initial intake. They typically last 30 minutes. This gives you a chance to observe any improvements or new symptoms. It is important to take part in your healing process by observing your current physical and emotional state. This will help determine when or how treatment should be changed. Follow ups continue and become fewer and further between based on your current state of health. As you become healthier, the need to come in will become on an as-needed basis. How quickly this occurs depends on many factors, including how long you have experienced your condition and your current level of health.

Sliding Scale

I do make room in my practice for sliding scale fees for follow-ups. I keep this option open to those would otherwise be unable to afford homeopathy.

Payment 

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, PayPal, Venmo or checks made payable to Rebecca Billings.

Insurance

I am able to give you a receipt which you can submit to your flexible spending plan for review. Many FSA and wellness accounts accept receipts for homeopathic services, but you must check your own benefits to verify whether you are eligible.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please allow 48 hours notice. Missed appointments will be charged at half the fee for the missed session. Clients who arrive after the scheduled time will be charged for a full session during the remaining time or it will be considered a missed appointment.
