Scientific research

It’s wonderful to see the great number of studies being done to prove the effectiveness of homeopathy. More and more research is being done, on different types of ailments and remedies. To those who imagine homeopathy cannot work as it is “impossible”, these are important forays into proving the contrary. Homeopathy has over 200 years of case studies proving it’s effectiveness, and it’s nice to see more being done to establish the facts for the scientific community. Here is a simple list of ways that you can bolster your health and natural immunity this Winter: • Make an appointment to see your homeopath for a constitutional remedy • Wash your hands frequently. Washing with soap for 30 seconds is enough time to get rid of most germs. • Sleep! The benefits of a full night of rest last throughout the day. It’s the time your body uses to recover, and build up it’s defenses. • Exercise regularly. Getting some regular exercise helps.
