Happy and Healthy New Year!

Wishing you all a happy and healthy New Year! Here is a simple list of ways that you can bolster your health and natural immunity this Winter:

    •    Make an appointment to see your homeopath for a constitutional remedy
    •    Wash your hands frequently. Washing with soap for 30 seconds is enough time to get rid of most germs.
    •    Sleep! The benefits of a full night of rest last throughout the day. It’s the time your body uses to recover, and build up it’s defenses.
    •    Exercise regularly. Getting some regular exercise helps. Daily walks are a great place to start if a full exercise routine feels too difficult. Exercise helps with stress levels, and combats time spent sitting indoors.
    •    Avoid sugar and processed food. Sugar is a temptation, and our general health is impacted by it.
    •    Consider taking Vitamin D3 and Omega 3 fats. There is a lot of research validating the health benefits of health fats, oils and Vitamin D3.
